How can we change our front yard to improve curb appeal and pedestrian access?

by Lee and Lyn Culver

Address is 9303 W Parkhill Dr, Bethesda, 20814. Lot 10 on plat.
built 1959. Bought 2017. Garage on right converted to Family room at some point. Driveway is too steep, dangerous in winter. We are mid-60's; hope to stay ~10 more years. Would like a U-shaped driveway. Would like a carport on left side of house. Note that house sits about 8-10' higher than street. I have pdf files I could send, but your site won't let me.
